These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the "Conditions") govern the purchase of products through the Templary Wear website by consumers and users. By placing an order, the customer declares to have read and accepted these Conditions.

The identification data are provisional. They must be replaced by the real data of the activity owner (individual registered as a self-employed person, according to the legal structure of the Business and Financial Plan) before publishing.
2. Purpose and scope of application
These Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Templary Wear online store by consumers residing in Spain and the rest of the European Union, within the shipping zones indicated in section 8. The version applicable to each order is the one in force on the website at the time of its confirmation.
3. Acceptance of conditions
Placing an order implies reading and express acceptance of these Conditions, as well as the Return and Refund Policy and the website's Privacy Policy.
4. Products, drops, and availability
Templary Wear sells its products through limited and numbered drops, organized into two lines:
- Core Line — seasonal pieces available during each drop window, subject to stock.
- Order Series — limited and numbered edition pieces, with a closed run and no restock once sold out.
Each drop may open with a pre-order window of approximately 10 calendar days, during which confirmed orders determine the quantity to be manufactured (plus a safety production margin). This may imply an additional manufacturing period before shipping, which will be clearly indicated on each product page and during the purchase process.
Product images and descriptions are indicative; minor color variations may occur due to the customer's device screen.
5. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include the applicable VAT in Spain, unless expressly indicated otherwise. Shipping costs, if any, are broken down before confirming the order. Templary Wear reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders.
6. Purchase process
- Selection of product, size, and quantity, and addition to cart.
- Review of the cart and the total amount, including taxes and shipping costs.
- Entry of shipping and billing information.
- Selection of payment method and order confirmation.
- Sending of a confirmation email with the summary and order number.
The sales contract is considered formalized when the customer receives the confirmation email. For orders placed during a pre-order window, the charge may occur at the time of purchase, even if manufacturing and shipping take place after the window closes.
7. Payment methods
Templary Wear accepts payments through Stripe and PayPal, with recognized encryption and security standards. Templary Wear does not store full credit card details; these are processed directly by the corresponding payment provider.
8. Delivery and shipping times
Templary Wear manages shipments directly in its initial phase, with coverage in Spain and progressive expansion to the rest of the European Union. The estimated delivery time is indicated for each drop and may vary depending on the destination and whether the order was placed during a pre-order window. Any relevant delay will be communicated to the customer by email.
9. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European and Spanish consumer protection regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to justify the reason, regardless of whether the product belongs to the Core Line or the Order Series.
The detailed conditions for exercising this right, as well as the courtesy return policy (which excludes Order Series pieces due to their closed and numbered run, without affecting the legal right of withdrawal), are described in the Return and Refund Policy.
Regulatory note: from June 19, 2026, it is mandatory for EU online stores to enable a clearly visible contract cancellation mechanism ("withdrawal button"), in accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673. The website must incorporate this functionality before commercial operation.
10. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products come with a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years from delivery, in accordance with the TRLGDCU (Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users). If a product shows a lack of conformity, the customer has the right to its repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract. This guarantee is independent and compatible with the right of withdrawal (section 9) and the Return and Refund Policy.
11. Responsibility
Templary Wear will not be responsible for delays or non-compliance derived from force majeure, including logistical incidents beyond its control, nor for the improper use of the products by the customer or damages derived from normal wear and tear.
12. Intellectual property
The name "Templary Wear", its logo, designs, photographs, website content, and other brand identity elements are the property of Templary Wear or its licensors, protected by current regulations. Their reproduction or use without express authorization is prohibited.
13. Data protection
The processing of personal data provided during the purchase process is governed by Templary Wear's Privacy Policy, in accordance with the GDPR and applicable Spanish regulations.
14. Dispute resolution and applicable law
These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, consumers may resort to the Consumer Arbitration Boards or the European Consumer Centre Network (ECC-Net) as alternative dispute resolution channels.
The former European Online Dispute Resolution Platform ceased its activity on July 20, 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228) and should no longer be linked in this document or on the website. When consumer regulations so determine, the court of the consumer's domicile will be competent.
15. Modification of conditions
Templary Wear may modify these Conditions at any time. Modifications will not affect orders confirmed prior to their publication.
